Common questions.

  • No. Most people who come to us do not. A description, a photo or a rough sketch is enough to start. We ask the questions that fill in the rest.

  • No. A single bracket gets the same engineer as a full assembly. Small projects are often the ones people have been carrying around the longest.

  • That is reverse engineering, and it is one of the things we do most. We measure or scan the part, rebuild it as parametric CAD, and where it makes sense we correct the flaws that were in the original.

  • You do. Every file, every drawing, every revision, permanently, with no licence back to us and no conditions attached.
