HANDHELD INSTRUMENTA hemorrhoidal band ligator with a contoured grip, rotating-knob trigger and internal actuation. The bent tube is adjustable, so it reaches positions conventional ligators cannot.
3D-MANUFACTURABLEAn open-frame bite platform that distributes occlusal force, cleans easily and holds instruments steady. Retention arms adjust; attachment points keep it located.
SHEET METALA contoured strip that conforms to the nasal bridge to improve airflow. Retention features hold position without adhesive; polished finish, minimal mass.

A mounting bracket — the most ordinary part we make. Three inputs, and the flat pattern, the hole positions, the bend note, the mass and the manufacturability check all rebuild from them. This is the drawing your machine shop receives.

Every project is quoted at a fixed price before work starts. This is an indication of scale, not a price.
The things most studios make you ask for, written down before you ask.
No. Most people who come to us don't. A description, a photo, or a rough sketch is enough to start — we ask the questions that fill in the rest.
No. A single bracket gets the same engineer as a full assembly. Small projects are often the ones people have been carrying around the longest.
That's reverse engineering and it's one of the things we do most. We measure or scan the part, rebuild it as parametric CAD, and where it makes sense we correct the flaws that were in the original.
You do. Every file, every drawing, every revision — permanently, with no licence back to us and no conditions attached.
We design for manufacture and hand you everything a shop needs. We're not a machine shop ourselves, but we'll speak directly to yours and resolve anything they raise.
Three revision rounds are included, and most projects use two. If something we specified turns out to be wrong, fixing it is on us — that's what design for manufacture means.
Describe it however it lives in your head. Rough is fine. Rough is normal.
