02Approach
We started from the anatomical contour and shaped the shell to cradle the jaw and the back of the neck. A slide buckle and a snap stud handle the fastening, and slots cut through the side let air reach the skin.
03Result
A contoured model of the support with its buckle, snap stud and vent slots in place, ready to try with breathable material samples.
