Contoured cushion with adjustable arms and mounting.

The cushion was shaped first, as an open horseshoe around the back and sides of the head. A padded arm swings on pivot hubs at its base, folding up around the cushion or dropping forward with its fabric pad, and a top slot with internal clips takes the mounting.
