Adjustable jalapeño grill rack
An adjustable stainless support that comes apart for cleaning.
02Approach
Width came first: a pointed rod slides through the heads of the uprights, so their spacing can match the grill. Each upright telescopes, locks with a spring button in a row of holes and stands on a flat base plate. Nothing is welded, so the parts separate by hand.
03Result
A stainless assembly of base plates, telescoping uprights and rod, modelled on a grill grate, that adjusts in width and height and strips down for washing.
